About Aryash

The Story

I've spent nearly three decades as a doctor — first training in India, then building my career as a GP in the NHS. I've seen thousands of patients, managed complex conditions, and navigated the ever-changing landscape of healthcare.

But I'm also a patient myself. I live with multiple long-term conditions and I'm in the clinically vulnerable category. I know what it's like to sit in a waiting room, anxious about results. To hear words you don't quite understand. To leave an appointment and realise you forgot to ask the one question that was really on your mind.

As a GP trainer, I've spent years making complex medicine understandable for trainee doctors. That same skill — breaking down the complicated into the clear — is what I bring to patient education.

My MBA gave me a different lens — how to build systems that scale, how to think strategically about healthcare challenges, and how to turn ideas into practical solutions.

This combination — doctor, patient, educator, and builder — drives everything we create at Aryash.

Why 'Aryash'?

In Sanskrit, Aryash means noble, honourable, and prosperous. It reflects our belief that true prosperity comes from good health, and that everyone deserves access to knowledge that helps them live well.
